Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Tony Noble Williams and Ronterica Lashae Williams, husband and wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as nominee for Interlinc Mortgage Services, LLC., on September 18, 2020, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Shelby County, Alabama, in Instrument Number 20200924000430280; the undersigned NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Columbiana, Shelby County, Alabama, on April 18, 2023, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Shelby County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 127, according to the Survey of Kensington Place Phase II, as recorded in Map Book 42, Page 117, in the Probate Office of Shelby County, Alabama.
