You will please take notice that a Petition for Adoption of AKP has been filed in the Probate Court of Shelby County, Alabama. Please be advised that if you intend to contest this adoption, you must file a written response within thirty (30) days of the said last publication notice hereof with counsel for said petitioner(s), whose name and address is shown below, and with the Clerk of the Probate Court, P.O. Box 825, Columbiana, Alabama, 35051.
