FOR BIDDERS

A. InSite Project: 23011.00 – 4th Place Southwest Water Line Replacement
B. Owner: The Alabaster Water Board
C. Engineer: InSite Engineering, LLC
D. All qualified bidders are invited to submit a Bid under sealed envelope to the Alabaster Water
Board for construction of water lines along 4 th Place Southwest in Alabaster, Alabama. This project includes approximately 1,000 linear feet of 6” ductile iron water line, 2” and 3/4” service lines, directional boring, water meter installation, connection(s) to existing system, ductile iron fittings, valves, tapping sleeve and valves, fire hydrants, existing water line removal, asphalt trench repair, and all other necessary water line appurtenances. Owner will receive Bids at the Alabaster Water Board Conference Room, located at 200 Kent Stone Boulevard, Alabaster, Alabama, 35007, until 2:00 P.M. local standard time on the 12 th day of October 2023, at which time and place the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened.
