Defendant Julian Iangarica Meza whose whereabouts are unknown, must answer the Complaint for relief to invalidate the fraudulent instrument sold to Mr. Meza in Case No. CV-2025-900740 in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Alabama, within thirty (30) days of April 1, 2026, which is the last publication of the notice that is published for four (4) consecutive weeks. If Defendant has not answered within this time limit that has been provided, a default judgment may be rendered.
