By Order for Service by Publication, dated the 22nd day of December 2025, you are hereby notified that on May 2, 2025, Rubin Lublin, LLC (the “Plaintiff”) filed its Complaint for Ejectment (the “Complaint”) pertaining to real property located at 567 Pea Ridge Drive, Montevallo, AL 35115 (the “Property”).
You are required to file with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, and to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorneys, Hannah Davenport and Amanda Beckett of Rubin Lublin AL, LLC, 3145 Avalon Ridge Place, Suite 100, Peachtree Corners, GA 30071 an Answer in writing thirty (30) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which shall be published at least once per week for four consecutive weeks.
