Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated January 15, 2010 executed by Kristy Bell and Wilson E. Bell, Jr. a married couple, in favor of Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., said Mortgage being recorded January 26, 2010, in Inst. #20100126000024880, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Shelby County, Alabama; having later been assigned to by instrument recorded in , in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Shelby County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Shelby County, Alabama on 03/06/2026, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Shelby County, Alabama, to-wit:
