Defendant Northridge Contracting, Inc. whose whereabouts are unknown, must answer the Complaint for relief regarding the negligent construction of Plaintiffs’ home in Case No. CV-2024-900358 in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Alabama, within thirty (30) days of April 15, 2026, which is the last publication of the notice that is published for four (4) consecutive weeks. If Defendant has not answered within this time limit that has been provided, a default judgment may be rendered.
