MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Randall E. Jones and wife, Cassie N. Jones, on January 19, 2024, to Coosa Pines Federal Credit Union, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Shelby County, Alabama, in Instrument No. 20240122000016280, Record of Mortgages, the undersigned, Coosa Pines Federal Credit Union, as mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Shelby County Courthouse, Columbiana, Alabama, on March 25, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Shelby County, Alabama, to-wit:
The Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 20 South, Range 1 East, Shelby County, Alabama less and except the entire subdivision of Wilson’s Glen 1st Sector, Map Book 27, Page 47, in Shelby County, Alabama.
This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure. Alabama law gives some persons who have an interest in property the right to redeem the property under certain circumstances.
