PUBLIC NOTICE

MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Randall Jones, also known as Randal Jones and wife, Cassie N. Jones, on October 21, 2022, to Coosa Pines Federal Credit Union, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Shelby County, Alabama, in Instrument No. 20221026000402840, Record of Mortgages, the undersigned, Coosa Pines Federal Credit Union, as mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Shelby County Courthouse, Columbiana, Alabama, on March 25, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Shelby County, Alabama, to-wit:
A parcel of land lying in the Southeast quarter of Southeast quarter of Section 19 Township 20 South, Range 2 East and more particularly described as follows: Starting at the Southwest corner of the said Southeast quarter of Southeast quarter, Section 19, Township 20 South, Range 2 East, run Northerly along the West boundary line of said Southeast quarter of Southeast quarter a distance of 45.0 feet to an iron marker on the North right of way line of an easement for a road and utilities, the point of beginning; thence continue Northerly along the said West boundary of the said Southeast quarter of Southeast quarter a distance of 326.6 feet to an iron marker; thence turn an angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes to the right and run Easterly a distance of 851.2 feet to an iron marker on the West right of the right of way line of Shelby County Highway No. 441 (Yellowleaf-Robinson Public Road); thence run Southwesterly along the said West right of way line of said Highway No. 441 a distance of 353.5 feet to a iron marker on the said North right of way line of said easement for a road and utilities; thence run Westerly along the said North line for said road and utilities, a distance of 715.9 feet to the point of beginning being situated in the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, Section 19, Township 20 South, Range 2 East, Shelby County, Alabama.

Starting at the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 19, Township 20 South, Range 2 East and run Northerly along the West boundary line of said Southeast quarter -Southeast quarter for a distance of 45.0 feet to the North right of way of an easement for a road and utilities to the point of beginning; thence continue Northerly along the said West boundary line of the
Southeast quarter – Southeast quarter a distance of 326.6 feet; thence turn an angle of 89 degrees 16 minutes 58 seconds right and run Easterly a distance of 533.5 feet; thence an angle of 90 degrees 43 minutes 02 seconds right and run Southerly for 326.6 feet; to the said right of way easement for said road and utilities; thence an angle of 89 degrees 16 minutes 58 seconds right and run Westerly for 533.5 feet to the point of beginning; being situated in Shelby County, Alabama.
