SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Alabama, and to me directed whereby I am commanded to make the amount of a certain judgment recently obtained against Calvin Benson in favor of Sterling Gate Homeowners Assn., Inc. out of the goods, chattels, lands and tenements of the said Calvin Benson I have levied on the following property, to wit:
Lot 513, according to the Survey of Cedar Grove at Sterling Gate
Sector 2, Phase 12A, as recorded in Map Book 38, Page 45, in the Probate Office of Shelby County, Alabama.
Therefore, according to said command, I shall expose for sale at public auction, all the right, title and interest of the above named Calvin Benson to the above described property, on the 27 day of April, 2026 , at 12:00 noon, on the front steps of the Shelby County Courthouse in Columbiana, Alabama.
