You are hereby notified that the above styled cause was filed against you by U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as trustee, as successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-KS8 (“U.S. Bank” or “Plaintiff”) on September 18, 2025, seeking a declaratory judgment concerning the mobile home encumbering real property located at 515 Lovett Drive, Columbiana, AL 35051 (“the Property”) in Shelby County, Alabama.
The Complaint seeks to declare the 1995 Southern Energy manufactured home Model SL6029 VIN DSDAL11795A/B, to be real property permanently affixed to the subject land as further described in the Mortgage executed on March 31, 2005 by Stephen Carlee and Jennifer G. Carlee, husband and wife in the amount of $55,500.00, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Homeowners Loan Corp., which was recorded on April 9, 2005, in Instrument No. 20050408000165010, in the Shelby County Probate Office, Alabama.
You are hereby required to provide a copy of your Answer to Plaintiff’s Complaint to Andrew Monaghan, Tiffany & Bosco, P.A., 2501 20th Place South, Suite 300, Homewood, AL 35223 (Tel: 205-918-5037), within thirty (30) days or a default judgment may be entered against you.
By the 27th day of May, 2026, or thereafter, a judgment by default may be rendered against it in the above-captioned case of action now pending in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Alabama.
