MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE. Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Luis Rodriguez and Cindy L. Rodriguez, husband and wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions LLC. its successors and assigns, on December 24, 2024, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Shelby County, Alabama, in Instrument Number 20241230000395850; the undersigned Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of Angel Oak Mortgage Trust 2025-4, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2025-4, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Columbiana, Shelby County, Alabama, on May 15, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Shelby County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 1320-C according to Resurvey of Lots 1320-A and 1320-B, Weatherly 13th Sector , Phase 2, as recorded in Map Book 26, Page 133, in the Probate Office of Shelby County, Alabama.. Property street address for informational purposes: 169 Windsor Ln , Pelham, AL 35124. THIS PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD ON AN “AS IS, WHERE IS” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR RECOURSE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AS TO TITLE, USE AND/OR ENJOYMENT AND WILL BE SOLD SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF REDEMPTION OF ALL PARTIES ENTITLED THERETO.
