You will please take notice that the 27th day of April, 2026 at 2:00 PM is hereby appointed a day of hearing on the VERIFIED PETITION TO ESTABLISH PRESUMPTION PURSUANT TO ALA. CODE§ 43-2-660 (1975), OR, IN THE ALTERNATIVE DENY REQUEST OF PERSONAL PROPERTY DUE TO DOCTRINE OF LACHES AND ESTOPPEL filed by HELEN PHILLIPS DEAN as Personal Representative of the Estate of HELEN HARRISON PHILLIPS, and individually as an heir and next of kin to Co-Executor HELEN HARRISON PHILLIPS, by and through their attorney of record, VICKI N. SMITH ESQ., in the above styled cause, at which time you can appear and contest the same if you see proper.
The Court notes that, WILLIAM T. HARRISON AKA TOMMY HARRISON is the sole Personal Representative of the Estate of MILDRED B. HARRISON. The Co-Executor, HELEN HARRISON PHILLIPS having passed away on December 4, 2025.
