NOTICE OF COMPLETION

Notice of Completion is hereby given that Dark Horse Construction, LLC, P.O Box 327, Fultondale, AL 35068 has completed its work on Depot St. to 8th St. SW Water Line Replacement for the Alabaster Water Board Insite Engineering Project No. 24163.00. Any person who has a claim against the project should notify Teddy Rhodes at the address above. Claims can also be sent to Insite Engineering, 5800 Feldspar Way, Hoover, AL 35244 or by calling Alex Kirkland, Project Engineer at 205-733-9696 within the next thirty days.
