PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in payment of the annual homeowner association assessments for common expenses of Greystone Residential Association, Inc., an Alabama non-profit corporation (the “Association”), and under and by virtue of the enforcement provisions with respect to the lien of the Association, as set forth in Article VIII of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions dated November 6, 1990, and recorded at Book 317, page 260, et seq. in the Office of the Probate Judge of Shelby County, Alabama, as last amended (the “Declaration”), the Association will sell at public outcry for cash on May 15, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, on the main steps of the Shelby County Courthouse, Columbiana, AL, the following described real estate situated in Shelby County, Alabama, to wit:
Lot 17, according to the Amended Map of Greystone, First Sector, Phase VII, as recorded in Map Book 17, Page 53, in the Probate Office of Shelby County, Alabama.
The address of the property is 5616 Cannongate Lane, Hoover, AL 35242. The owner of the property is Arlean D. Brown Young.
The sale is made for the purpose of paying the unpaid common expense assessments and special assessments secured by the lien of the Association as allowed and permitted by the Article VIII, section 8.09, of the Declaration, interest, attorney’s fees and the expenses of the foreclosure. Property is sold AS IS and subject to all easements, encumbrances and mortgages
of record, without warranty and subject to any rights of redemption and any FINCEN reporting requirements.
