PUBLIC NOTICE
In Accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, notice is hereby given that Capstone Contractors, LLC, Contractor, has completed the Contract for Construction of Alabama Highway 25 Water Line Upgrade, for the Montevallo Water and Sewer Board, Owner, and has made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Insite Engineering, LLC, Attn: Alex Kirkland, 5800 Feldspar Way, Hoover, AL 35244. Capstone Contractors, LLC, 1905 Murphy Avenue, Aliceville, AL 35442
