NOTICE
On June 2nd, 2026, at 6PM, at Chelsea City Hall, 11611 Chelsea Road, Chelsea, Alabama 35043, the City of Chelsea’s City Council will hold a public hearing concerning a re-zoning request submitted by Richard Yerger of YP Chelsea, LLC for property located at 11880 Highway 11, Chelsea, Alabama (Parcel ID#: 09 9 29 0 001 030.000) containing 53 lots +/- 33.45 acres from A-R to R-2 (Residential District).
