PUBLIC NOTICE
IN THE PROBATE COURT OF SHELBY COUNTY, ALABAMA
IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF TANNAR LEE HOWARD, deceased.
Case No. PR-2025-003090
ORDER OF INSOLVENCY
The 22nd day of June, 2026 having been appointed to hear and determine the Report of Insolvency and statements included therewith as filed by CHRISTOPHER HOWARD Personal Representative of the estate of TANNAR LEE HOWARD, and as required by law, and it appearing to the Court that notice of the filing of said Report and statements, and of the day appointed to hear and determine the same, has been given to the creditors of the estate, and to the heirs, distributees and persons interested in said estate, as directed by the order of this Court.
The Court proceeded to hear and determine sald report and statements. Upon presentation of testimony and evidence to the Court, and there being no contest as to the correctness of said report and statements, the Court is of the opinion that said estate has assets, however, the debts are in excess of that amount, and is insolvent.
It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Court that said estate be and hereby is declared insolvent. It is further ordered that CHRISTOPHER HOWARD as Personal Representative of the estate of TANNAR LEE HOWARD, deceased, appear and make a final settlement of this estate on August 31, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. It is further ordered that notice of said order and of the day appointed for settlement be given to the creditors of said estate, and to all persons interested in said estate by publication once a week for three consecutive weeks in the “Shelby County Reporter”, a newspaper published in said county, and by posting said notice at the Shelby County courthouse door for the same length of time, and by forwarding said notice by mail to all creditors, heirs, distributees, and interested persons, identified herein, whose addresses are known.
