Kennedy of the Circuit Court of Shelby County on June 25, 2026, you are hereby notified that Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation (“Plaintiff”) commenced the above-styled action against you by Complaint filed on March 19, 2026 and that Service is hereby made by publication in the Shelby County Reporter beginning on July 5, 2026 and running for four (4) consecutive weeks. You are hereby directed to file your Answer to the Complaint with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County and serve a copy of the same upon Plaintiff’s attorney: Matthew M. Cahill at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, 1901 6th Avenue North, Suite 2600, Birmingham, AL 35203. Said answer must be received by August 25, 2026 (thirty days after the last date of publication), or thereafter a judgment by default may be rendered against said Defendant in the above style matter.
