MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by JEFFREY S. SAINZ, on the 19th day of December, 2002, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Shelby County, Alabama, in Instrument # 20030102000001100, the undersigned, LAWRENCE LEE SHORT, as successor trustee of the Marjorie Short Family Trust created pursuant to the provisions of the Marjorie Short Revocable Trust dated May 16, 2000, mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash in front of the main entrance of the Shelby County Courthouse, Columbiana, Alabama, on the 5th day of August, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, the following-described real estate situated in Shelby County, Alabama, to-wit:
