SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Alabama, and to me directed whereby I am commanded to make the amount of a certain judgment recently obtained against Brett W. Bentley and Jennifer A. Bentley in favor of Sterling Gate Homeowners Association, Inc. out of the goods, chattels, lands and tenements of the said Brett W. Bentley and Jennifer A. Bentley I have levied on the following property, to wit:

Lot 50, According to the survey of Cedar Grove at Sterling Gate, Sector 1, Phase 1, as recorded in map book 22 page 92 in the Probate Office of Shelby County, Alabama, being situated in Shelby County, Alabama.

Therefore, according to said command, I shall expose for sale at public auction, all the right, title and interest of the above named Brett W. Bentley and Jennifer A. Bentley to the above described property, on the 24 day of August, 2026, at 12:00 noon, on the front steps of the Shelby County Courthouse in Columbiana, Alabama.
