TO: Charles L. Byrd and Earline Y. Frances, and their heirs and next of kin, along with any other person claiming any present, future, contingent, reversion or other interest to the hereinbelow described lands, whose whereabouts are unknown and which cannot be ascertained after exercise of reasonable diligence. You are hereby notified that on 29 June, 2026, a Complaint to Quiet Title was filed in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Alabama, Case No: CV-2026-900760 and the following are the names of all parties to the action: Phillip Seales and Charles L. Byrd and Earline Y. Frances and their heirs and next of kin; along with any other person claiming any present, future, contingent, reversion or other interest to the following described lands, to wit:

58-23-01-02-2-002-003.000 as known as Lot 7 in Block 1 of the Nickerson Survey of Helena Road as recorded in Map Book 03 Page 116 in the Probate Judge’s Office of Shelby County, Alabama.
It is hereby ORDERED by the undersigned Clerk of Court that publication of this notice be made one a week for four consecutive weeks in the Shelby County Reporter, a newspaper of general circulation in Shelby County, Alabama, and that Defendants, Charles L. Byrd and Earline Y. Frances, and their heirs and next of kin, along with any other person claiming any present, future, contingent, reversion or other interest to the hereinbelow described lands, whose whereabouts are unknown and which cannot be ascertained after exercise of reasonable diligence are hereby directed to plead, answer, demur or otherwise respond to the Compliant by the 22nd Day of September, 2026, or thereafter judgment by default may be rendered against them being intended that this notice shall be used to perfect service in this action against said defendants.
