You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking a court order allowing MSC Alabaster, LLC (“Morningstar”) to enforce its lien over your personal property stored at Morningstar’s Alabaster Facility located at 50 Gilbert Drive, Alabaster, AL 35007 was filed against you in the District Court of Shelby County, Alabama. By reason of an order for service of summons by publication entered by the Court, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the clerk of the court and to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Thomas L. Oliver III of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, 1819 Fifth Avenue North, Birmingham, AL 35203, an answer to the Complaint by October 12, 2026, or default judgment will be entered against you.
