You are hereby notified that U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-5 filed a Complaint for Ejectment on February 19, 2026 in the Shelby County Circuit Court against Patrick Sutton and Leah M Sutton (“Defendants”). Numerous attempts to locate the Defendants for service of process have been unsuccessful.
This notice is to run for four consecutive weeks. You are hereby notified that you must answer the complaint by the 18 day of November, 2026, which is 30 days from the last date of publication or default judgment may be entered against you for not answering.
