TO: Waterford, L.L.C., whose whereabouts are unknown, you are hereby notified of the above-styled pending lawsuit for reformation of deed, quiet title, and declaratory judgment relating to certain real property located in Shelby County, Alabama, and legally described as:

Lot 931, according to the survey of Waterford Village, Sector 2, as recorded in Map Book 38, Page 42, in the Probate Office of Shelby County, Alabama

The improvements thereon being known as 156 Waterford Lake Drive, Calera, Alabama 35040.

Waterford, L.L.C. must answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint on or before November 18, 2026, or thereafter, a judgment by default may be rendered against said Defendant in the above-styled case.
