MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE.
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Stephen Carlee and Jennifer G. Carlee, husband and wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Homeowners Loan Corp., on March 31, 2005, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Shelby County, Alabama, in Instrument Number 20050408000165010; the undersigned U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as trustee, as successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-KS8, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Columbiana, Shelby County, Alabama, on November 3, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Shelby County, Alabama, to-wit: Parcel 2 A parcel of land lying in the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 22 South, Range 1 East, Shelby County, Alabama, and being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 5; thence run South 89 degrees 51 minutes 42 seconds West a distance of
