PUBLIC NOTICE

The Birmingham Racing Commission hereby gives notice that it will distribute the Commission’s net revenue as of December 31, 2025 in the manner prescribed by Section 11-65-36 of the Code of Alabama 1975 as amended. Any government entity, educational Institution or other party which may qualify to receive any portion of the Commission’s net revenue is hereby instructed to make a written request for such net revenue grant to the Commission not later than Friday, November 13, 2026.
